但是，因为中澳文化差异，我们在使用微信的时候难免会存在一些尴尬和误会，本期澳华视界就和大家一起聊聊微信沟通中那些事儿。

1、正确使用表情，一秒变微信达人
尽管大家都很熟悉表情符号，但在不同文化中，同样的表情会有不同的意思。
Though people are familiar with emojis, the same emoji has different meanings in different cultures.

笑脸 Smiling face
表面意思：开心
Literal meaning: happy
深层意思：鄙视、嘲笑、讨厌、不想和智障说话
Deeper meaning: mock, contempt, dislike, unwillingness to talk to idiots
注意事项：不要用笑脸表情表达你高兴的事。或许你可以用一些其他的笑脸表情代
替，因为它们看起来是真笑。
Notice: Do not use Smiling face to describe the things you’re happy about, or you can use some substitutes which really mean“happy with true smile”.

If you want to express “you are happy”, please use:
挥手微笑 Smiling and waving hand
表面意思：微笑着说再见
Literal meaning: Saying goodbye with a smile
深层意思： 我鄙视你，不想跟你说话，你可以走了，和你无话可说
Deeper meaning: I despise you, don’t want to talk to you, and you can go now.
注意事项：如果看到了这个表情，你应该转移话题，或者不再说话。如果你想讽刺地回复，可以考虑回复对方两个挥手表情，或者一个微笑表情，这样可以打成平手。
Notice: If you receive a emoji like this, you should change your subject or remain silence. If you want to fight back, emoji like Saying goodbye with a smile or Smiling face can be a good choice. You two are even now.
抠鼻 Poking nose
表面意思：可能鼻孔里有东西吧？
Literal meaning: There is something in your nose.
深层意思：鄙视你，垃圾，
Deeper Meaning: I despise you, you are rubbish
使用方法：用笑脸回应，表明这种感觉是相互的
Usage: Respond with a Smiling face, meaning the feeling is mutual.
笑哭 Smiling and Crying
这个表情是中国人最喜欢用的表情，用途很广泛，也显得生动。
Chinese people like this emoji very much, which can be used vividly in many situations.

不要总是回复一个字
Don’t reply with a single word
不管别人说什么都回复一个字，在别人看来就是不耐烦，想尽早结束对话的意思。很多时候，多打一个字，会产生完全不同的效果。看看下面：
No matter what others say, replying with a single word seems impatient, implying that you want to end the conversation as soon as possible.
好=我同意了
Ok means I agree
好哒=我开心地同意了

嗯=我知道了
Um means I get it
嗯嗯=我愉快地知道了
UmUm means I am happy to know something
如果跟你说话，你回复“嗯”或者“哦”，那基本就要关掉对话框了，但如果是“嗯嗯”或“哦哦”，就感觉还想跟你聊天。
Replying “Um”or “Oh”basically means you want to end the conversation, but “UmUm” or “OhOh” implies you’d like to continue the conversation.

巧用标点，当微信万人迷
Use punctuation wisely
微信聊天中，标点符号的使用也是有讲究的，一句话的末尾可以选择用“～”、“…”、表情或者什么都不加来代替，比用句号生动太多。
While Wechating, you should also take punctuation into consideration, and you can end the sentence with “～”,“…”, emojis or simply nothing, which is better and more vivid than just a period.
但是，交流过程中也不要加太多感叹号！因为！会让人感觉！你情绪！很激动！
However, you should notice that you’d better not use exclamatory mark too often, for it will make others think you are too emotional!
波折号也要适度添加～不要加太多了～尤其是工作的时候～会显得太漂~
“～”should also be used moderately, particularly on work occasions, too much use can be perceived frivolous and unrealistic.
省略号也是一样的…每句话都加的话…感觉你说话不干脆不利落…口吃吗？···
This also applies to ”···“. If you end every sentence with ”···“, which will make others think you do things sloppily or you stutter.

商务沟通中一定有微信群的存在，使用微信群有些TIPS需要注意：
There are some tips for you while communicating in Wechat groups:
在微信群里聊天时，你可以扮演话题引导者和气氛活跃者的角色，但不要一天24小时不间断刷屏，好恐怖~
While chatting in Wechat groups, you can play the leader role and be responsible for leading the subject and breaking the ice. However, sending contents 24 hour a day seems terrifying, and you should notice this.
尽量不在微信群里发广告，以及要求群成员点赞。
Try not to send commercials in Wechat groups and ask members to like certain posts.
信息完整地发送：务必把一段完整的话一次性发送。如果让对方一句句地看，不但效率低，也容易找不到重点，还容易被其他人的话打成几截。当然也别超过200个字，否则看起来会很累~
Send the complete information: be sure to send the whole sentences and paragraphs one off. Segments will lower the efficiency and make it difficult for others to understand you. Every piece of information is better not to exceed 200 characters, or it is fatiguing to read.
重要的消息要打草稿哦，至少不要有错别字：微信沟通太过口语化、错别字满屏，会降低沟通效率。
You’d better make a draft first and pay attention to the spelling of words: too much oral expression and wrong spelling will lower the efficiency in communication.
休息时间的工作沟通要有节制哦，只讲最紧急的问题。就算是领导也要先对打扰别人的生活，表示歉意，尤其不能产生“当前还在工作”的错觉~

朋友圈是展示个人形象的重要窗口，有时候没用对就是灾难：
“Moments”is an important outlet to demonstrate personal image, it can be a disaster when you use it inappropriately.
不回人家微信之前，最好不要发朋友圈~友谊的小船很容易说翻就翻~
Do not update and post your Moments before replying others’ message.
有多个共同好友的情况下，朋友圈评论不要只回其中一个，要做到雨露均沾~
If you share some common friends, do not comment on only one of your friend’s Moments. In order to be fair, you should comment on all of them.
朋友圈可设置分组，针对不同人群发送针对性信息，这样会显得比较专业~

300万：微信在澳洲的使用情况非常普及，据墨尔本的市场调研公司Bastion S&GO提供的数据，整个澳洲已有300万微信用户，而其中有约38%的用户为非以普通话或粤语为母语的用户，澳洲的华人以及在华的澳洲人已经逐渐地将微信带入了澳洲人的生活。
3 million: Wechat has enjoyed a pervasive use in Australia. According to the statistics provided by Bastion S&GO, an Australian market research company, there has been 3 million Wechat subscribers in Australia, 38% subscribers are not Mandarin or Cantonese speakers, Chinese in Australia and Australians in China have already gradually brought Wechat into Australian’s life.
